Intel 510 Series SSD with 6Gbps SATA
Intel launch its new SSD. This SSD is made in 2.5-inch form factor and supports SATA 6.0 Gbps interface. The Intel 510 Series SSD features up to 20,000/8,000 IOPS for a random 4kB read/write performance, a MTBF of 1.2 million hours, TRIM support, and used 34nm NAND Flash memory chips. It is capable to delivering read and write speeds of up to 450 MB/s and 210 MB/s for 120GB model, 500 MB/s and 315 MB/s for 250GB version. This SSD comes in two models 120GB and 250GB of capacity storage. [intel]
